App crashes when trying to paste into password field

I just purchased an iPhone 7 Plus yesterday and started from scratch. It currently has iOS 10.0.2, though it had 10.0.1 yesterday and this was still an issue.

I installed Gas Cubby from the App Store. To login, I copied my password from 1Password and tried to paste it in. Gas Cubby froze and eventually crashed. I tried a few more times and it was always the same result. This is the only application I've had this issue with.

When I tried typing my password in manually, the app froze after the 21st character. My password is 30 characters long and has always worked until now. Of course, I don't remember the last time I had to login.
