When you upgraded from Gas Cubby free to paid did the app appear to have migrated your fuelups and then they disappeared? Do you still have the free version on your device?
Unfortunately the server doesn't have anything beyond your basic account information from being recently set up so unless the entries are still on your device in the free version I'm afraid they may have never been synced to the server. The Gas Cubby server never deletes data unless the user requests it so it appears the data was never originally synced.
