I was looking at a website called pure energy systems and they had the ScangaugeII for $10 cheaper. I was just wondering if anyone has done business with these guys /
Thanks,

that trim is just above a dx... kinda, but bellow an lx. it has the weakest civic motor too. i am not too sure why they made it... and what the real differences are between it and the other trim levels above and bellow.

The VP is the value package. It is pretty much a DX but it didn't have painted trim pieces or something like that...when I was shopping for one the dealership was selling them for very slightly less than a regular dx.

when i just did a quick google for info, i found that the dx was only available in the 4dr version while the vp was in both, and the dx was cheaper that the vp with the same amount of doors, HOWEVER the 2dr vp was cheaper than the 4dr dx.. i think.

I don't know anything about pure energy systems, I would prolly just get it from scanguage if you're at all unsure.
Not sure what the X thing is, perhaps the new firmware SG keeps talking about.

I ordered mine from Amazon, alson $10 cheaper, and if you get a credit card right then, you get another 30 dollars off that (by means of $30 credit that shows up about 3 days after you get the card). You can use the card immediately to purchase the SGII, so I only paied 130 for mine.
