NEW to Scangauge

I must say WOW what a difference I had no idea I could cruise at 65mph with just 12% throttle and get a two way average of 32.8 mpg I can push it further since my 51psi rated tires are just at 45psi so I will push them up a touch to say 48psi and see what happens tomorrow.

Have you gone through your first "calibration" tank of fuel with your SG yet? Those numbers might be +/- a few percent if you're not calibrated yet. SG is an incredible tool to help you drive to get the highest mileage. Have fun with it!

I have one and I am just getting used to it. It is interesting to watch it and see the readings at different speeds/rpm etc. But I like it when I am going down hill and it is reading 85mpg or something like that...makes me want to just drive down hill and not up.....

I am just figureing it out so I am not sure I have it set right.

I don't think mine has ever over estimated my fuel mileage and is usually within 0.5 mpg of being correct.
