I have 2 more Dunlop Bluresponses on the back end. Tyre place never puts correct psi in, just 32 when the car asks for 38 (and I choose 40). Embarrassingly I had obviously not checked my front pressure for a while, they were 32 and 33 psi...maybe why my last 2 tanks have had lower mpg...! I m interested to see if having 4 eco tyres shows a genuine improvement in mpg.
Autumn is upon us, temperatures have plummeted in the late evening/early morning now so engines will take slightly longer to warm up. I've noticed too on mine, significant drop.
Well, I got 69.6 mpg this tank on all new tyres, compared to about 3 mpg less on each of my last two tanks with barely legal old back tyres. Dunno how much the improvement is due to new eco rubber, how much to other factors!
