Mother trucker. My 15 minute EOC's are usually the ones that I get to go about 1/8 mile in Atlanta traffic...

Wow, good stuff. Hrmmm, so that's :
(2159 - 593) / 11.4 miles = 1566 / ( 11.4 * 5280) = 1566 / 60192 = 0.0260 => 2.6% downslope.
4*(11.4 miles / 15 minutes) = 45.6 / 60 minutes => 45.6 MPH
Did you ever gain enough speed so that you had to hit the brakes somewhere along that EOC?

cfg83, for the big coasts I was trying to keep my speed low when I could so I wouldn't be speeding too much (limit 55 there). With EOC I had no power assist, but I was fluctuating 40-60 that whole time.

Man, that's a sweet EOC, no brakes required and well within the speed limit.

Simply awesome. My longest EOC would be about 60 seconds here in Flatland.

Man, my best single EOC is about 0.8 miles on my daily commute. Good stuff.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant I had no power assisted brakes but was still stepping on them to stay under 60, and would try to slow to arund 40-45 so that it would take another little while to speed up again.
There's a blip in my tracklog that I have no recolection of, but that entire slope is 14 miles... so maybe next time I'll pull an even longer one.
Anyone else in the northeast? There's some amazing coasting around here!

That is cool . My best for my commute is just a hair over one mile and I thought that was great . I don't have much elevation change around here though.
