A HAI reinstall

I was doing some fairly heavy towing over the last couple weeks so I had the
HAI off. Well I'm done towing for a while so I reinstalled the HAI with some improvements.

I went ahead and wrapped the entire intake to keep more heat IN.

Intake temps without the HAI ran 3*f over ambient now they run a fairly constant 140 - 160 f

next I need to put the grille block back on. I WANT MY MILAGE BACK!!!
