I am planning on building dry cell electrolyzer but when I looked around online I couldn't find any decent plans for one. I'm thinking my best bet would be to go with an 11 plate cell. I plan to use this for a hydroxy torch. I also have a small pump (75 GPH) that I want to use to circulate the water/electrolyte but I'm not sure if the electrolyte will rust/corrode the metal shaft over time. I also don't have anything to supply power other than a 12v 6 amp battery charger, but I don't think that would be enough.
It's unlikely that there is the expertise you require on Fuelly.
Most HHO generators have been debunked as snake oil.
You would be better of improving your driving techniques to improve your MPG's.
Just remember, if something sounds too good to be true it generally is.
But please, start logging your fuel usage here on Fuelly and if you get a HHO generator working and fitted to that car, we will all be able to see the improvements in your MPG.

Oliver.
I don't plan on using it to boost MPG, I plan on using it for a hydroxy torch. do you know of any other forums that would have the knowledge to help me find some plans?
Apologies, I'm not able to help with other forums, I did a quick google and nothing really sprang out that would help, there are a couple of instrucatbles:
