sms for multiple vehicles

texting multiple vehicles... Fuelly says

"If you want to add a fuel-up to more than one vehicle at Fuelly, you'll need to set a SMS shortcut letter in your vehicle preferences for each vehicle and add that letter to the beginning of your message. For example, you could set the letter "p" to represent your Prius and "c" to represent your Civic."

where is the link to do this? "Vehicle Preferences" is not a link I can find.

"set an SMS shortcut letter ... for each vehicle"

really? How?

OK... think I got it...

you have to click on the vehicle first , then

- near the top there is a link titled "EDIT VEHICLE" . click that.

- on the next page, find "SMS shortcut letter:" link. It's right above the "Save Changes" button.

- set that to a letter like "A", "B", "C" (minus the quotes)

Texting the fuelly entry changes from

200 4.59 5.1

<how far> <price per gal> <how much gas pumped>

to

A 200 4.59 5.1

<SMS shortcut lette> <how far> <price per gallon> <how much gas pumped>

so if I set my FJR up as the A sms letter, that entry will go on to the FJR's data.

I hope this helps someone.
