305 mpg on a stock motorcycle!

Well, I think the brochure got it backward, should be 254 mpg US and 305 mpg Imperial. And, to get that mileage you have to drive at 15 mph. Anyway, wouldn't it be a good idea to reintroduce these little bikes with minor updates?

I used to have one of these when I was a kid. Bought it used for $75 and rode it on the trails for a couple years without doing anything to it but putting in a few quarts of gas.

Kinda reminds me of the Honda 90 I first learned to ride on. Got about 75 mpg. Hmmm....wonder if my sister still has that bike in the back yard? The registration would be about 30 years out of date, of course...

Well, they prolly wouldn't like the climate here, in the UK they were always rusting out on top of the fender where the shock mounts.

Without fuel, they were nothing..thundering machines sputtered & stopped..Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice
