Ha ha, looks like something from Speed Racer, or one of my old Hot Wheels.
Because of all the aero stuff I read here, I have been tempted to look into and/or emulate something like this, but I just can't get myself to do it :

I experimented with a front airdam. It gave 5.5" of ground clearance at the nose and hit lots of things. It was irritating to live with.

As a Camaro owner myself (1994 Z28) I can say that is by far the WORST I've ever seen.
I'm guessing he put the STS kit on it and it didn't attract enough attention so he put the body kit on... bad decision!
