I thinking about getting a 5 spd BMW 01 or 02 330Ci or 330i -> 0-60 in 6.1 sec and 18/27 mpg rated on Premium. Trying to score one for $10,000 to $13,500 with Premium Package, Sport Package, Sunroof, wood trim, and grey leather!

I think my vans are cool, plenty fast (my friends often ask if I have a V8), and for what they are get good mileage (bigger interior than a Suburban, better mileage). Grumpy is really cool, I get a really big kick out of driving it. Just brings a smile to my face knowing that I only paid $250 for it. I also like to park it next to the most expensive cars and trucks I can find.

Try a Kawasaki Z1. I bought one in 1974. If memory serves me today it was 82 HP about 415 pounds with my weight then at 165. Redline was close to 10k.
I couldnt tell you what the mileage was but if you want a 1/4 mile machine some of the modern bikes make that one look tame.

regards
gary

yea the guys garage is just to bash the people on this site as well.

to each his own.

I personally don't have time to sign up on a forum and start a garage and download pics just as a joke which it appears that he has done. he did delete all of his pics before he left. actually it has been almost a year since he left. from the sounds of it, he may have been banned because of language, he got a bit rough there.

or maybe he is in pieces at the end of some drag strip somewhere.

1992 Dodge Daytona IROC R/T 2.2 liter DOHC intercooled turbo with 5 speed getrag tansmission, 229 hp out of the factory, rated for 24 hwy mpg (new rating). My record is 37 hwy, I've hit that twice. I'm able to get 28-31 around town if I'm driving it right. Gotta run premium though. I've had it up to 120mph in 4th but wasn't drunk enough to go any faster.

To me, this is cool. 75mpg @ 75mph, with a max speed up around 140mph and so streamlined that the summer bugs aren't able to smash themselves on the front of it. Drive down a leaf covered road and the fallen leaves hardly move.

omg your car made me allmost cry... I think that thing is funny looking. allright but seriously you should at least paint the door handle, and your side skirts, and get a clear corner marker. And if you ever put a vx motor in that thing Ill help you out info and pics. With a turbo and i think that you could brake a 100mpg.

On topic:
IMO the Integra Type-R with a turbo and a ls 5th gear would be a better all around car for sport, gas, fun, price (10 to 15 thousand dollars)
