Re: Advance Auto Coupons
I don't know if it can be combined with other coupon codes, but through tomorrow you get a $50 gift card if you spend $100.

Re: Advance Auto Coupons
it can not be combined, but it's just another way to save IF someone needs parts. too often we use a coupon just because...
i bought some things i needed now, and some i WILL need later(filters and such). at a rare 40% off, i thought this was worth "looking" ahead.
edit: and the "gas saving" free shipping doesn't hurt either!

Re: Advance Auto Coupons
Yeah it is all legit- I used the BIG35 code over the weekend ($35 off a purchase of $85 or more). I picked up part of the parts at the store today and the other part was shipped since it wasn't in stock at the local store(free shipping on orders over $75).

Re: Advance Auto Coupons
Used BIG40 on a $40 off $100 purchase for my sister's mother-in-law's car parts. My brother also got it to work with oil somehow (even though they said they could not be used with oil). So if you want to try, go for it. I just did changes on my cars, otherwise I would.

Re: Advance Auto Coupons
Thanks so much for this posting!
I was going to spend $171.96 on wheel bearings for all four wheels. I had a $20 off $100 coupon which could have brought me down to $151.96 before tax.
There's no store in my area with everything, but I'm traveling to three different towns this weekend and passing by 5 or 6 advance auto's. By playing with the cart contents and 20/30 off, I was able to get the final total down to $111.96! That's incredible, $60 worth of savings and no state tax! It worked in my favor that I am traveling a lot. Not to mention I had three separate cart transactions. Sweet!
No more grindy noise from the civic, even better!

Re: Advance Auto Coupons
Thought I'd also post that by doing a web search for Rock Auto promo codes you can usually find a promo code for Rock Auto worth 5% off or sometimes free shipping. I've found that sometimes Rock Auto has some very good prices especially when they run closeout sales on parts for my '88 Escort. My guess is that they probably run closeouts for different cars from time to time. A couple years ago during a close out I bought 3 timing belts, 2 wheel cylinders, 4 rubber brake lines (full set), 2 or 3 transmission filter kits, 2 axle seals, 2 or 3 thermostat gaskets and maybe a few other things for my '88 Escorts during one of their closeouts for about $60. including shipping. I was able to buy new wheel cylinders cheaper than the cost of a rebuild kit at Auto Zone. I think the last rebuild kits I bought were about $5. each and Rock Auto had new wheel cylinders for under $4. each. The only bad thing is that I didn't need any of the parts at the time, I just bought them for future use.
