WTB: '96-'00 Civic Hatchback, any condition

I'm about to sell my trusty '85 CRX Si to a friend in need of a first car but I need a replacement first, hopefully just as reliable as the flawless 5 year ownership record the Si had. This is also an excuse to start my HX-Hatch project after the mostly successful '89 CRX HF + D15Z1 becomes my new DD (despite random stalling problems.) Here goes:

- '96-00 Civic Hatchbacks ONLY! (prefer '96-98 for lighter weight)
- 5 speed please (autos add another auto-to-manual step)
- No/little rust
- Hopefully near NC
- Shells, swaps, stock welcome (so long as the wiring doesn't resemble well cooked fettuccine.)
