13" or smaller LCD

Looking to make a home theater projector via DIY.

http://www.denguru.com/2004/11/13/su..._your_tv_for_/

something VERY similar to this, ghetto yes but you can't really argue with the results or the cost.

Looking for an older LCD monitor with power supply. As long as the unit powers on. The backlight can be shot seeing as how I won't need it anyway. LCD cannot be cracked in any way.

Anyone got anything laying around they don't use anymore?

Much cheaper solution and less work:

Bulbs are about 8-10bucks each. I shoot mine onto a 12 foot screen on my covered deck. I got my projector for $130 shipped.

Takes VGA or RCA or S-Video in and 640x480 not higher as your example has. Neither solution has focal length solved, like the higher end projectors.
