If anything Canada is stricter on emissions and safety than the US. I don't think there would be much problems getting a canadian vehicle registered.

You would have to pay an import duty on it though, and then pay sales tax on it in your state when you register it. This will increase your costs.

Yup, you definitely do, but it's usually checked on the way back. On the way there, they just want to see any government issued ID.

I was wondering if you would possibly sell the rims alone. I am only interested in buying the rims for my 1996 Honda Civic Hatchback. I moved to Tennessee a month ago, but if you want to sell the rims I can come get them in person and pay with cash. Let me know if you are interested. My email is jamesicles79@yahoo.com.
