Testing Waters: '94 Civic VX in San Diego, CALIFORNIA

I'm considering selling my FEDERAL 1994 VX with a CLEAN TITLE. Federal VX means that it has the 5-wire o2, shift light, seat belt light, tachometer, and other goodies. I've owned it for 2 years now and haven't driven it much since I bought it. Was going to gut it for an engine swap, but decided against it because it would get much more use and efficiency as a daily driver. It is 100% stock and every part i've replaced came from the steal-ership.

Interior:
Blue interior WITH middle console armrest. Interior is a 7/10. Decent for a 17-year old car.
Driver seat has a small tear from getting in/out of the car

Exterior:
Factory white paint 6/10. In good shape for the age. Has a few dings and dents from highway driving and negligent people opening their doors.
Has all 4 original VX rims in great shape (no rash or dents)
Tires are in great shape with 70% tread

Engine:
Original D15z1 with 188,xxx miles
JUST had the head resurfaced with a valve job (1k miles ago). Replaced all gaskets, hoses, oil/filter, fuel filter, spark plugs/wires, brand new OEM distributor ($500)
A/C blows cold, was just recharged
Heat doesn't work (suspected the heater core, so i picked one up, but never installed. Will be included in sale)

This car gets me 52 MPG on the highway. Problem is, I don't drive on the highway very often because of my short commute to work. This car would be much better suited to be driven daily and often. It starts right up and idle is rock solid. I take meticulous care of my vehicles and this one gets babied. Never rev past 2.5k RPMs, hasn't been beaten up on, never swapped, everything comes stock. The car has been in CA its entire life and I will provide an AutoCheck vehicle report with the sale. No photos right now, as I'm still at work, but i will update sometime this week. I'm in no rush to sell it, but won't turn away a good offer. Considering the money saved at the pump, miles on the odometer, maintenance provided, etc; I'm looking at offers around the $4k mark. Give or take. Feel free to PM or text (number below) me with questions or concerns.

+: Rear shocks squeak a bit when going over bumps/rough pavement. Doesn't bother me at all and ride quality doesn't suffer.

Photos coming this weekend. No one's interested in a relatively low mileage original federal VX? Taking offers. All reasonable offers will be considered.

Are you going to fix the heat before the sell. I'm from cold states so heat is a must.

And please post pictures of exterior, engine bay and interior.

Car looks nice except driver's side door. Is that just dirt or is it all beat up? The pictures don't really show that particular side very well and it looks like something is wrong.
