White 1993 Honda Civic VX Hatchback. Mileage - 141k
Original D15Z1 VTEC-E engine, and manual transmission.
No modifications have ever been done, and all maintenance has been performed on time.
CV axles, timing belt, water pump, gaskets, seals, and clutch (along with clutch master, and slave cylinders) have been replaced within the last year.
No radio, and tires have about 50% tread.

Clean title in hand.

i see the car has a/c. how is it?

Yes, it has all A/C components. Not sure why it doesn't blow cold since I never use it. Could need a new compressor or condenser, or just a recharge. I know for the VX to have A/C is pretty rare.
