Socal: 2007 Tank 150cc Urban Racer scooter PRICE LOWERED

http://tank-sports.com/products/urba...tr16_spec.html

Hey guys. This isn't a car but it's a good gas saving DD. =)

I'm selling a 2007 Tank 150cc scooter. It only has 2100 miles. Runs good and turns on right away. Everything works including all lights, brakes, throttle etc. It's sporty and has 16" wheels. You can check the above link for specifications. Has remote start, electric start, kick start and anti-theft alarm.

It has a few light scratches and a tear on the seat from the the last owner but of course that doesn't affect its performance. It recently had an engine and tranny oil change and the carb. adjusted.

This gets about 65MPG (about 120 Miles per tank), goes up to about 60MPH, and you fill up the tank with about $7. It uses less than a quart of oil for the engine, and the spark plug is less than $2. Insurance on my personal 150cc is $92 per year. This is a true $$$ saver.

I originally bought this for my GF but its too big for her. I'm hoping to buy a smaller one in the near future.
I'm looking to get $1000 FIRM. I'm located in South Pasadena, Ca.

can you take a pic of the gauge cluster?

I have been thinking of a scooter but most have 55mph in the red and I don't want to be red lining it all the time.

If I do decide to get one, It probably won't be yours because you are clear across the country from me.

thanks

Yeah it redlines at about 55 -60mph. You should get a 250cc. They go about 75-80mph and cruise at 55-60 mph. A lot of People on scootdawg forums seem to like the Roketa MC-54-250.

150cc's are more for city driving and cutting through traffic. You save time and money.

I'll have to look that up. I didn't know they made 250s. I knew they had 50s and 150s and some have like 600s but they are more like cruisers.

maybe a 250 would better suit my needs. I don't get on the highway much but I do go highway speeds (55 or so)

thanks for the advice.
