nice looking, low milage Metro in NH

Has some issues as this guy has outlined but looks ultra clean and 32k miles.

Except it's in NH and won't start...

Is there any 'simple' or common reason that these cars won't start (like a fuse or relay) or could it be almost anything?

Nuh-uh! Mine had 7 year old gas in it when I bought it. Ran just fine. (But the first thing I did before I drove it home was drain & refill.)

Just being an automagic makes it a non-starter for me.
