i am pretty sure it is the same a the USDM d15z1 i bought the whole motor form tigerjapn.com motor came with 4 bent valves it took me a wile to find the needed valves but got them and installed them had the head hot tanked and tested and it came out A OK i did a valve adjustment on the bench that decided to go with a d15Z6 head on my my D15Bvtec-e lower end to drope the compression in to the 8's because i used a small turbo to keep some ok MPG's and ok power since i tow with my 1994 civic DX i love it so far.
also it will come with the STOCK JDM intak emanifold with injectors and new intake gasket or i can offer a Z6 intake manifold only thing missin is the valvecover bolts sorry i needed themf or my Z6 head and i also keepin the vtec-E valce cover and the head will come with the Z6 valvecover.
