Found this XFI for sale

Looks a little bit too good to be true.

Cherry picker in the yard. What appears to be another white metro in one of the pictures.

Sellers terms and conditions scare me to.

Not so sure about this one.

Figured I would post it.

Usually if it sounds too good to be true, it is, just walk away....

Sounds like the wheels might fall off the moment it rolls

this is why you take the owner with you on the test drive, and if you want to be sure, have a friend ride in the back seat as a spare witness, that way if something goes wrong (like that metro I looked at that we pushed back to the owners house) you are not to blame.

True, but that owner isn't taking my cash in his hand.

What this guy is asking for is simply not going to happen. Sure I can tell alot about a car a simple 5 minute checkover. But nobody is touching my cash before I drive it. He's going to have to deal with the risk if he wants to sell the car. Possession is 9 10ths of the rule. And your not touching my cash.

It doesn't sound like a bad deal but he is exaggerating a bit. Good circulation does not make up for no air. 50mpg even in a metro just doesn't happen without a little effort. I never got 50mpg out of mine.

So he's saying no test drives until you pay for it first, eh! I'd walk. He's probly not being up front about a few other problems too.

I thought I'd have a look at the ad.
I found:
