My friend told me his trip home from stanford would cost 250 bucks, so I imagine to just pittsburg it'd be cheaper.

MIght be a bit more to go to Pitt. US Airways has control of most of the gates and have artificially jacked up the prices IMO. I can pick you up from the airport or train or bus station.

Anyway it's over 2000 miles to La La land. No cruise control so bring an extra foot or maybe a brick to hold the pedal down.

If your going to do that, if Krousdb needs to go pick up his VX, maybe you could arrange to carpool from wherever is less expensive for Compaq to fly into, to where he need's to pick up his new wheel's. That way Compaq wouldn't have to drive the whole thing, by himself and you could reduce the costs some? Long drive.

I have some in laws in St. louis, MO but I'd doubt you'd want to make a turn like that because you want to go straight to Chicago. Chicago is 4 hours north of St. louis.

Too much out of the way. Did you check shipping costs from North Aurora, IL?

Compaq: Check out a company called autolog.net. Their ad claims $695 Chicago to LA.
