Made by Metro Power? Controller says DL 4.2i. Don't know a lot about it. I picked it up for a disabled friend, then learned it was too small for her. (she's 295#'s) It would have moved her around but the seat was not wide enough.
The motors and controller work. There is no charger. I wired up two spare batteries I had around the house to test it out. I think a couple of the wires were spliced to do this, if I recall. All original wiring is still there.
It needs a 24vdc charger with an xlr type plug. I saw one at a local shop for $50 that you could buy while you are in town to pick it up. I called and he isn't likely to sell it anytime soon. (he runs an auto garage)
Anyway, I was going to use this setup for two wheel drive electric scooter, but I have no time or resources to do it. These could be used for any small electric vehicle project. I was thinking it would work great with one motor on a torque converter type drive of an old moped/scooter. In maine, electric mopeds don't need to be registered or insured.
$100 cash and carry. If I don't get any interested parties, cash talks, make an offer.
I travel much of the state of maine for gigs. I'm often in Portland, Newry, (near northern NH), Biddeford, etc. We could arrange to meet somewhere if you don't live close enough to drive all the way to Augusta, ME.
There are two of these battery boxes that come with:
