Looks like a pretty good deal at $750. It will need lots of work to be road worthy though (I'd guess around $1000). He doesn't mention any rust, which is odd, considering the area. If it's not a rust bucket and it runs, it's a really good deal.

The car is in Grosse Pointe (Blank).

Oh, it's a good thing I don't have room in the garage for a second project, that would be fun. Maybe if I sell the wife's xB?

The body has some rust issues, such as two holes in the floor pan near each front corner. The engine cradle also has some rust.
I've wanted to try to swap a modern 600cc Honda sport-bike motor, such as from an F4i, into a Z600 ever since one showed up in my favorite pick'n'pull. Not that I have the funds for it.
A minimalist car without a doubt... I can lift the rear end of the junkyard car off the ground single-handedly. Unfortunately, it's rusting to pieces.

Being attacked by plants probably doesn't help either.
I'm sure the car in the ad is in great condition compared to most of it's brethren.

That's one of the worst rusted, saddest 600's I think I've ever seen.
