No engine codes or difficulties have arisen over the time I have driven this car. The Maintenance Required light is on, and I had the Lincoln Honda Dealer check out the reason for the light not resetting. They stated that the switch used to reset the light (after oil changes) was not working properly, and stated it was not worth tearing apart the dash to replace the switch.
That's not a "Service Engine Soon" light, it's an "Oil change due" light.
