1992 Honda Civic VX - All Stock - Portland, OR

NEW PRICE: $3500

I have gotten up to a hair over 50 mpg with this car. It is all stock except for the tape deck. Comes with a spare 5-wire O2 sensor. It has the factory shift indicator light. No AC. I often get compliments on how nice of shape it is in. A little over a year ago (I think about 10K miles ago.) the car had a new timing belt and water pump done with OEM Honda parts by my friend who is a certified Honda technician. It currently has about 145K miles on it. I have driven it to Los Angeles twice and Seattle three times in the last year and it has performed flawlessly. The car has different floor mats than in the picture now. Clean title and good tags. If you would like pictures of anything or have any questions please let me know. $3500 firm.

Thanks guys. I also remembered that I installed locking lug nuts to help your VX wheels stay your VX wheels.

Looks exactly like my old VX too! Same year, same color, even the same mileage (mine had 142k when I sold it), and SAME PRICE.

I had to look carefully to make sure it wasn't my old car, but mine had the black moldings on the side and a small blemish on the front bumper.

Good luck with the sale, I sold mine in a matter of days.

I've had a few offers of $4000 but nobody has come through with the money. What do you folks think would be a realistic price for the car? Even if you aren't in the market for one yourself please feel free to let me know what you think the car is worth. It's one of those situations where I don't need to sell it but I hate having it just sit while I drive another car. However, with gas prices creeping back up it is tempting to hold on to it and get some use out of it. Either way, I would like for it to be loved and not destroyed by some kid who wants to race it.

That's a very nice conditon vx but because of it's age it's going to be hard to sell it for that price. If gas was at $4 i'm sure someone will but it. $3500 may be to low for you but I think your best bet of selling it would have to be $3500 firm.

I agree. It looks like a nice rust-free VX, but it's still almost 20 years old. I'd love to have it myself, but I can't pony up that much dough.
