I heard a lot about Auto-RX and that it's really good. So should I give it a try???

Also I blew a valve cover gasket like 6K ago and when I wanted to change my plugs I lost like a quart of oil. When I opened my valve cover there was so much crud around my cams. I definetly have to get my engine clean.

So should I do the Auto-RX thing?
