Cool I'm from Halifax too but living in New Glasgow now. In Halifax it's 97.5 but I'd take your 87.9

Paid $1.66/US Gal. this morning at Walmart in Champaign IL.
It seems to me at this rate and oil still dropping, we could see a station somewhere in the US charging less than $1.00/ Gal. before the drop is over. That would be something to see. Hang on tight for the gas tax increases that will never go away.

Well here in the UK, I didnt expect fuel to drop as low as it has, but we are slowly catching you up! The cheapest place in the UK is now selling gas at $7.58 a gallon, and diesel is $8! This is the cheapest, unfortunately my local is a lot more expensive, but still, these prices are going to save motorists a lot of money per fuel up!

Unfortunately for the US, these prices are hurting shale oil production, and tar sands in Canada. Which is the point of OPEC keeping production high. It hurts us along with Iran and Russia, but it hits US producers before they can start getting the shale oil product to the world market.

Diesel prices per gallon are double those of regular unleaded now.

Hi guys first time I reply on a forum.
January 16 2015: The price is .979 cents a liter in Quebec Canada = 2.93$ a gallon US. This summer the price was 1.34$ a liter = 4.02$ gallon US. I can tell you that I save 40$ for a fuelup today.

This morning, January 19 here in Ottawa, Ontario it was 76.9/litre. It's now almost half the price it was in the summer. Seems pretty strange to be able to fill up for under $45.....
