Six of the seven countries in the EO were already subject to some of the toughest visa applications in the world. A 90 day delay won't make the process anymore thorough.

None of the nations that the 9/11 hijackers were known to be from were added to that list. Nationals of the countries on the list weren't involved with 9/11, nor have any committed a terrorist attack on American soil.

This EO hasn't made any American safer. The sloppy way it was instituted (DHS found out about it with everyone else) lead to a mess that terrorists can use for recruitment.

Exactly, he's doing it to provoke people, you should see the anti-Trump protests just here in the UK, it's unreal. Applying his logic would be like banning American citizens from the UK in case one of them is involved with the 300+ daily shootings. It just makes no sense and would cause huge upset and offense.

Obviously the provocation is working, versus the "peace in our time" philosophy and the horrible cost of worrying about what a terrorist thinks.

During that 90 day period, 720 children will be shot and killed, 27,000 US citizens shot total, all shot by US citizens with no religious or political motivation. That's guaranteed to happen. A terror attack is very very unlikely to happen. So what's Trump doing to protect US citizens from themselves in the same period? Shouldn't he tackle the big threats first?

Nothing is guaranteed. A single asteroid impact would render all of this as farcical irrelevance.

Are those 720 children the children age 0-24 years old, that also includes criminal activity, some of our anti-gun groups like to use in their wildly inflated statistics?

How will Trump build a wall to stop the asteroid then? Shootings are guaranteed every day in the US sadly, 1315 deaths and 28 mass shootings in January already.

Up to the age of 11 I believe. 51 killed or injured this month and 265 aged 12-17 killed or injured.

In the USA, you don't think we notice, Paul? For example, it's now easier to find a parking space. Problem solved!!!

I'd have to see the source and how they calculate, etc. but in any event the fault lies with certain people not inanimate objects.

The USA does have gun control laws, but Obama failed to protect Americans by enforcing those laws.

This 3:37 video with Senator Trey Gowdy eloquently sums it up:
