Sweet, I wonder if any of that budget will tackle the Obesity problem (more than 5 thousand deaths per week). Or the more than 500 a week that die from power plant pollution (~30,000 a year). Or the >300 homicide deaths per week (17,000 per year ~= to illicit drug use deaths). How about the 700+ that get infected by HIV weekly or the 850,000-950,000 people already infected?
All of those American statistics.... One could only hope.... Now if one were to do a cost benefit analysis
