Tercel SR5 4WD - Any other owners?

I didn't see anything about special driving techniques in that thread, so I think I can do better just with a little P&G low rpm driving.

Ok, I've had the car for 3 days now and driven it a total of 4 miles! :P

There's nothing wrong with it, I just haven't needed to go anywhere but the grocery store and Taco Bell which are just .5 mile up the road.

Regardless, I'm really liking the way the motor and gearing are setup. With a 3.73 rear end and overdrive, it still accelerates at a modest pace from 25 mph in 5th - though not without some vibration. It's definately tuned for torque vs. top end power.

I filled it with 89 yesterday, so at this rate with the 13 gallon tank, it will be about 3 months before I have a gaslog entry if I wait to fill. Ok, so I don't drive much. It will eventually become my 'Snow 5lut' however for boarding and skiing though, so we'll see what happens with economy then.

2 weeks and not even 90 miles on the car yet. Heck, I just piled on 30 of them yesterday. At this rate, I may have a gaslog entry by the end of this month.
