Three tbsp is what a typical bread machine bread recipe calls for so it's more what I'm used to. It's not exactly sweet, but I can tell the difference. My senses of taste and smell are pretty weak (like having a cold all the time). Probably why I like Indian food! The dough seems to freeze just fine (for a day anyway) and my toaster oven does a nice job with it, so that's a great way for me to make it rather than freezing the finished naan. I found a little non-stick spray helped on the cookie sheet (not a teflon one). I guess I need to rework my caloric intake to accommodate the naan! Probably reduce the portion and rice size to bring it back to the same thing. Easiest approach and it'll make it last longer.
