Tramadol isn't that bad. I've been prescribed it in the brand name "Ultracet" for back pain. It was quite effective and caused no side-effects, unlike some anti-inflammatory/muscle relaxers I've been prescribed for back and muscle aches.

They make it sound bad but it seemed pretty harmless when I took it.

...ok, so I was going to post a funny picture, but Google Images didn't find it. Ever see that Monty Python bit (I think it was from one of the movies) where someone says something about a head on a pike, and they show a fish (a pike) with someone's head stuck to its top? That would have been way more funny in the form of a picture than this text.
