New logo at top of page

Am I a little slow to the party or do we now have a new logo at the top of the home page?
Looks good anyway.

Pete.

I'm glad to see it's been noticed. We had a very talented graphic artist put this together for us. He donated his work and we are very grateful. We may tweak it a little based on feedback - but it's been received well so far.

We are also looking into some bumper stickers - if I can ever get the time.

one tweak suggestion: The half shading on the letters is a little hard on the eyes. Perhaps switching to 1/3rds for shading and using a color that isn't too much lighter than the darker green. That upper half being that much lighter green is not sitting right with my eyes for some reason.

top of the screen to the left. it is a green GS with a dial behind it and has gassavers.org in black beside of it.

it may not show up on blackberries and other hand helds. I am just assuming on that one.

*edit* here is a thread that I started a while back and someone actually took screen shots of the page and you can see the difference betweent them.

Your browser probably has the old logo cached. If you held down the CTRL key while you clicked Refresh it should force an update.
