LOL - I must be doing something right

Cruising to work this morning I was doing 65 mph in the left lane of a three lane highway in a 55 mph zone, passing vehicles in the middle and right lanes. What pulls up behind me and start flashing it's lights for me to hurry up and move? Flipping Toyota Prius. Female driver gave me a dirty look too when she passed me, after I was able to pull into the middle lane. Oh well, another 21+ mpg drive to work.

LOL yeah my morning run, I typically see a Prius and two Smarts weaving in and out of traffic, doing 70+, stomping gas and brakes alternately... OTOH there's a few "oldskool" mpgers I see from time to time, a Sentra, a couple of Civics, a Ford Escort, who quite often fall in line behind me and use me as the pacesetter.

I remember The RoadWarrior..To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time..the world was powered by the black fuel & the desert sprouted great cities..Gone now, swept away..two mighty warrior tribes went to war & touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing..thundering machines sputtered & stopped..Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice
