I got a Nintendo Wii

Happened to go buy the local Wal-Mart and saw that they had one in the display case for sale.

I mainly bought it to eBay it but decided to try it out first.....

In my opinion it is ****ing awesome! Even the bundled game "Wii Sports" is fun. Anyone else here manage to get their hands on one?

ya a friend of mine bought one and we all played it, WII sports is the ****niz!

those WII controls are expensive.... 44 dollars for the remote and then 24 bucks for the nuckchuck (cnd funds)

red steel is a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT... for a next gen console those graphics are extremely sad... AND sorry... a mouse and keyboard still owns for 1st person shooters.

I like that you can download old NES games with it. I have always had nintendo loyalties. I might get one when the price drops to $150.

What? No they're not. Liscenced, nimh powered wireless 360 controllers are still $40usd after a year on the market. The same ps3 controller is selling for $40-60usd currently also. You're not in perspective at all.


I just got a chance to play COD3 for afew hours at a buddys house. It's alot of fun, but damn almost all developers at Wii's launch for not including multiplayer. That is so lame... So Wii owners will have to wait for round 2 of game developement to take advantage of internet play. Which is the main attraction for all gaming now anyway.

Thank god for Dreamcast for giving us internet based play.
