Help Please With Picasa

"Upload Manager" wont.
I can download a camera full of photographs, but I can't do anything with them.
I can't find a "help" button or a way to contact them.

Let's start with the simple sanity check: Is it logged in? Can you log out and log in again within the program?

Does it give you an error message? What does it look like/do when you try to upload?

No problem downloading and looking at the photographs. I can view the 'slideshow' of the batches of downloads, any photo in there. And begin the process of uploading a photo.

If by "download" you mean importing from the camera, that wouldn't require Picasa to be logged in. Only tasks having to do with Picasa Web need Picasa to be logged in.

In the upper right hand corner does it say "Sign in to web albums", or does it say "signed in as shatto"?

What happens if you try uploading in a different size?

Have you checked to make sure you have space available in your web album?
