I should be registering my Festiva Thursday. How do you create your gaslog?

First thing, create a garage entry. Go to "Garage" at the top. You'll notice an extra menu that says "Add Garage Entry" once you're there.

Then once your garage entry is created, every time you're in the garage you'll notice a little bar that displays all of your vehicles. It will have a link on it that will let you create your gaslog ([add gaslog entry])
