You all have a Merry Christmas - yeah I'm cathlic . . . Almost got creamed merging on to the on ramp on the bridge this morning - could have merged ok if the two vehciles - one in each lane side by side were not speeding! They were doing about 60 in a 50 and I was accelerating to 55mpg to get on ahead of them by the time the merge was about to happen they were in my blind spot and I knew I was not going to fit so I slammed on the brakes harder than I ever had before . . . heard a little ABS action and they zoomed by without even batting an eye. This is one of those come up under the bridge and merge ramps with no where to go and solid steel plate guard rails that block your view of on coming traffic and of course the car in the right lane was dark green and the bridge is green too.
