Sounds like BS, I'm sorry to say. Has that suspicious mix of too good to be true promises and a lack of specifics. Hope that I'm wrong!

Ummm, a wind turbine that doesn't need wind, and runs 24/7/365? At the very least its not a wind turbine. Sounds like a violation of the laws of thermodynamics to me.

Good point. Patents are public records.

LOL yea theres the earths magnetic fields but dang they arent that powerful to make it whip around like that! if they did everyhting metal would be perma stuck to the ground!
lol yea no companies in the US will bother with him cuz they have enough brains that its junk and snake oil. only companies that would make snake oil products DUN DUN DUN are in korea, china, tiawan, etc...

My uncle did some experiments with extracting energy from ambient EM fields. Never got out more than he put in. Not that his results were definitive or anything.
Honestly, I had to bite my tongue a bit while he was doing it. He was an engineer and should've known better was my thought. Still, he had fun and didn't waste a lot of time or money before concluding it wasn't worth it, so what was the harm? Now if he'd LIED about his results and then tried to obscure the issue by lumping it in with some other effect, say like wind power... :P

If you have a dynamic magnetic field, then I suppose you could extract energy from it. However the earth's magnetic field is essentially a constant (static) field.
If I lay a magnet down on my desk, there is no way for that magnetic force by itself to generate energy. Same thing with gravity.
