California fix to promote alternate fuel

Interesting idea although there would be no way to enforce it. But still the political pressure on oil companies keep building.

Big Oil is only seeming more and more evil to people when their money is pouring out of their pockets into their "cool" SUV. I would say people are starting to wake up out of their ignorance. It is safe to say during election time energy is going to be discussed throughly...Lets not hope that the next president wants to lower the price of gas.
