I think that's the list that the dealers submitted, not what's actually approved. There's 2007 and 2008 model vehicles in there too...no way does it make sense to trade in a 2008 anything, its market value is way higher than the C4C value. If someone wanted to discard their money that way, I can't imagine the salesman not seeing dollar signs and saying "I'll give you $1000 more than C4C" or just bull****ting the paperwork so the guy thinks he got C4C but really got a trade-in.
