Anyone Know Of Home Energy Efficiency Forums That Are Good?

I Mean Something Along The Lines Of This Site,

I Have Alot Of Good Home Energy Efficiency Ideas Such As Painting light fixtures With Glossy White Paint And Installing Lower Wattage Bulbs To Save Electricity, because having a white gloss finish directly next to a bulb will increase its light output almost 2X, i did that after i tried to change out all my ceiling bulbs to wal mart 5watt incandescents,(the ones with glass casing around the mercury filled swirly glass bulb) I am getting full light out of the 5watt bulbs by doing this
