Anyone know anything about shirt making

I've been struck with the need to wear lots of CRX shirts but I'm wanting to convert my clothing to organic fair trade so I figure I'll have to make my own. Anyone got any help for me considering I have no idea what I'm doing?

check it out. Just make sure to wash in Cold water the first few loads, lest the colors will fade quickly

I've made a number of silk screens in the past. I just bought a kit and went to town. Pretty easy stuff.

I have some friends that do graphic design, and have a 4 color silk screen press, and they try to use the most responsibly made and highest quality shirts they can aford, I'll check if they are doing fair traid cotton yet, I know they are still working on a web site, but I know they are designing, and printing shirts, they cost varries depending on the number of colors, but for 2 colors that they designed they are selling them for at the most $15 a shirt, each extra color is going to cost more because it's more time making the screens, and printing the shirts, so a single color print is going to be cheapest, I'll be able to ask them latter today about their prices for bulk orders.
