A Veteran needs some help please

My Brother in-law lives in Apache Junction, now part of greater Phoenix, Arizona.
He is almost completely gone to Dementia and now needs full time care.

We might have missed something going through the volumes of government listings of programs for Veterans.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Other than going through the VA, I'm not really sure what programs there are... do you have a number for veterans affairs? Or try going to a nearby local office, they can probably direct you.
