Duuude... if you only have 10% body fat then you're freaking ripped!

It's normal for a male to have around 10-20% (usually towards the higher end) and for women to have 17-27% body fat.

well I had 10% in high school. You can even get your fat down to 2-3% and it's still safe but you'd be ripped like crazy.

Athletes----------------14-20%----------6-13%
Fitness-----------------21-24%----------14-17%
Acceptable--------------25-31%----------18-25%
Obese-------------------32% plus--------25% plus
