Yeah I'm the best. I need to lose about 30 myself right now. I am realizing now that when I am in marathon shape and still think I'm fat at 167 and 6'2" I prolly look skinny to normal people.

Congrats on the 30 lbs loss. I lost 27 lbs last year (which is when the picture I posted was taken). I then gained about 7 lbs back, and now I'm on the downward spiral again.

I can't believe I carried that much weight around!! Ugh

Tell me about it. I had a bunch of pictures from Hawaii in December, but my gut and face really showed the extra poundage. But thanks for the congrats! It's tough to eat right, especially traveling as much as I do -- but secret is portion control and lots of water.
