User/Fuelup Time/RSS Inconsitency

I currently have my Timezone Setting to "(GMT -7) Mountain Standard Time (US & Canada)" which is my correct location. However the line below that setting shows the time being an hour sooner than it actually is at my location, possibly due to an incorrect implementation of Daylight Saving Time in the local time calculation.

Secondly I submit my fuel-ups via SMS - The time is recorded with the same one hour earlier inconsistency, however the RSS feed shows that fuel-up taking place 6 hours later than the actual time (7 hours past the incorrect earlier time mentioned in the previous paragraph).
