Upgrade - Date Format and Types

I understand the reason for having fixed vehicle types but:

1. vehicle types

- my motorbike doesn't exist in the new codes.
how much testing did you do?
- I'd have suggested (1) quantify %/no of vehicles that didn't map to a new type, (2) spot check omissions and decide if new database is adequate or not, (3) get a revised database and/or (4) take a view whether to accept everyone knows what they've got and create these in the new database anyway.

2. date format

I'm in the UK and just added a fuel up and am annoyed to see US dates as MM/DD/YY not DD/MM.
It was smart enough to switch currencies from USD to GBP when i logged in so please change date formats to local countries too.
